This sure ain't a flagship store

The recent change in ownership/management at PG Glass in Knysna has left several locals utterly dissatisfied and I myself recently had to leave empty handed after they could not cut a simple piece of 370 x 370 mm in a day. Apart from the poor service and arrogance of the manager, the shop's appearance is simply disgusting. What used to be a neat and modern showroom, is now an eyesore, both inside and outside.<br> I reported the incident to PG Glass' customer care e-mail, but after a week I have had no response. Time to take my business elsewhere
