Theft

I took my car to PG glass Steelpoort branch for windscreen replacement on the 15th April 2015.Upon arrival to fetch the car after the replacement I realized that my cellphone was missing and immediately reported it to the manager who told me to ask the fitters if they didnt see it which obviously they said no. The manager told me to go report the matter at the police station as there was nothing he could do.I'm feeling that my rights as a consumer and their obligation as the service provider were violated for the following reasons<br> - I was not given any disclaimer to sign when I handed my car over to them<br> - No one explained to me verbally about their disclaimer
