Thank you but PG Glas will take their time

I just want my windscreen fixed/replaced!!! Ok so I phone PG Glass to make arrangements. No I have to lodge a claim first at my insurance. I did that . Phoned them back. No they cannot see it on their system. Phone my insurance , yes it has been allocated. Phone PG glass back and here I have to go through a horde of questions that are on the claim form already. Sorry PG Glass will now take 2-3 days before anything happens. Is exceptional slow service delivery the norm today? The car in question is my day to day car. Cant have it sitting with a broken windscreen for 2-3 days before somebody at PG Glass decides maybe to have a look into it. Thoroughly disgusted with this type of service. And I thought PG Glas it THE place to go to. Seemingly not
