Terribly dissapointed with service

<p>During the first week of January 2017, I went to PG Glass in Midrand to have my broken window changed. I got a referrence number ( ********** ), and was told to come back on the 7th to have the new window fitted. I also got an SMS during the week to inform me that I needed to come on on the 7th for fitting.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 7th, I then came to the branch around 9am, and after leaving the car to be attended to, a few minutes later, I was told that it was the wrong size of the window that had been delivered. I was then told to bring the car the following Saturday (14th January), which was this past weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday the 14th, I then reported to the branch again, as I also had received the SMS confirming that I should come. I left the car to be attended, and after 2 hrs, thinking that my car was being attended to, I was then told that the glass for my window had actually not been delivered. Apparently it is on "back-order".</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady who was assisting me apologized as well as the manager, who assured me that a disciplinary process would be unfolded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just thought that I should also report this on HelloPeter as I was really frustrated and felt undervalued. How can you discover after 2 hours that something was not delivered. That just showed me that I was not being taken serious as a client.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not the kind of client that would be shouting and making a scene to dsplay displesure, hence I'm taking this here.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'm just waiting for a call to come through and inform me when the glass has been delivered.
