terrible workmanship

I had pg glass silverton repair my glass but pg only called me afterwards to ask if the job was done ,they didn't care to ask if I am satisfied with the job only they sent me a rating sms which I rated at 10 from a scale from 1- 5 and 1 being good and 5 being bad.the problem is the rubbers are not straight and the glue on top is very untidily done also the vin number window doesn't align to the windscreen I'm so upset and sick and tired of pg glass its as if they can't do one simple job
