Terrible service PG Glass

The windscreen on my car had been chipped badly so immediately i made contact with PG Glass via email on 28 November 2017 so that I could get it sorted as they have been around for years and are very reputable . However i have not received a response from them as yet, and it had been over a week. I am actually disgusted at their service ,being the company they are, and personally I will never go back to them nor will I refer or suggest anyone to do so.
