TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PG GLASS WONDERBOOM

I took my car to PG glass Wonderboom in mid-December 2023 for smash and grab which was done. After collecting the car, I started hearing some noise coming from the driver's door. I took the car back after a couple of days and on inspection they informed me that they somehow damaged the door mechanism when they installed the smash and grab. A gentleman came over to me and introduced himself as Katlego. He said he was the manager, he confirmed what the technician told me and undertook to order the damaged part from BMW. He said it will be delivered the following week and that he will be in contact with me. He never called, I called them after 2 weeks and specifically asked for him. I was instead transferred to someone else who introduced himself as Wiseman. Wiseman told me that BMW delivered a wrong part and that the correct one will be delivered the following week and he will call me, which he never did. I called him almost 2 weeks later, on the 11 of January 2024. He said he will check with the manager and call me back. He called back and said BMW promised to deliver the part on Tuesday the 17th. At this stage I had also realized that the installation was just sub-standard. There are bubbles on all the windows but one. The one without bubbles has Lunar written on it. I also mentioned this to him, he said they will check it when I bring the car for the door. I called him on Tuesday to check if the part was delivered, I could not get through. Call center told me that something was wrong with their lines. They promised to send them an email asking them to call me instead. 3 days later still no one has called me. I have been waiting for more than a month now for them to assist me.t
