Terrible service from PG Glass - Online & Wonderboom Junction

I requested a cash price for a original windscreen replacement on-line and only got an answer for a generic two days later. I was promised a call back with the correct item price, but was not called. I called PG Wonderboom Juction and after 3 days they still could not give me a price. Kept on saying they are waiting for feedback from the VIN dept. Surely they can pick up a phone and find out what the problem was? I called Suzuki myself and got a price in 5 minutes - only problem is they do not do installations, so I am forced to work through a glass agent. I called the branch manager, but it doesn't seem like he was really interested.
