Terrible service from PG Glass

i reported my broken windscreen to my insurance about 3/4 months ago already. They expected me to pay without sending an invoice or quote. Eventually last month i got the quote and paid it, now I am struggling to get them to come to my home to repair it. I booked to have it changed in the Westgate PG Glass workshop when i got their they were closed that Saturday. I have been dealing with Tshireletso who tries to assist but this task seems to big for her. They were supposed to come out on the 14th June to repair but didnt pitch, very unprofessional.
