Terrible service from PG Glass!!

Terrible service from PG Glass!! Had a replacement claim approved on the 23rd dec; where they said they will contact me by the 28th to confirm arrangements...I’m still waiting for that call. I have called the call center several times, every time getting a different story; in one call in was told the claim was rejected, then approved, then they didn’t have stock; every time promising to revert asap; in the interim I’m driving around with a badly cracked windscreen!!
