Terrible Service

I booked an appointment with the PG Mobile Glass to come to my house to fix a broken back window for yesterday, 26 July. No one showed up and no one called. I phoned the call centre just before 4 and they said there had been a delay with technicians getting to jobs and that they would still be coming. I advised that it was a bit late. I was advised that someone would still call me to arrange but I still have not received a call.
