Terrible Service.

I spoke to a sales lady yesterday who quoted me x amount for a replacement Windshield on my Renault Kwid, I informed her that I will get this done by the weekend or next week, as I get paid around the Last day of the month. She then told me that this was fine she would get the guys to pre-order the Windshield for Friday already as they don't have any stock on hand at the moment.

I just received a call this morning from the requested fitment center asking me when I will come in as they need a 25% upfront payment before they will do anything.

The sales rep did not say a thing about any upfront payments nothing. I must say if this is the type of service we get as customers then I believe my business and everyone else business must be rather taken else were.
