Terrible service and waiting time

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a simple smash and grab window from Bellville PG Glass for my car. I can’t go anywhere due to this. I can’t use my car to go to public places because it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. They promised feedback today but I had to call them for any information. I need my car for work as well. My insurance isn’t even concerned that they taking so long but my payment is never late each month. On top of that I still need to pay an excess fees. One of the worst experiences ever.
