Terrible service!!

<p>Terrible service!! Dropped my car off at the Menlyn branch before 8:30 and was told it would take 3 to 4 hours...when I returned after 3.5 hours they hadn't even touched my car. I had to complain before they even took my car in and then it still took an additional hour! There were only 4 cars in front of me when arrived in the morning but when I returned there were new cars in the workshop that were not there earlier!I will never use PG glass again...will ask my insurance for other options next time! </p>
