Terrible dishonest service

Terrible service and dishonesty. Agents on phone and reality give different quotes. Charge more for 1 glass piece than the value of the entire glass unit. Very rude and aggressive on phone and on premises. Leaves my place in a mess with broken glass. Cannot wait 10 mins for me to pay half with sassa card and other half from church loan. Removes glass frame leaving me several days with open door in dangerous and rainy suburb. Asked several times for manager to phone me back and ***ardly ignored. Doesn't even give a proper tax invoice. Bunch of ******* wicked *******.
