terrible customer service

<p>my insurance refered me to PG Glass in newcastle for replacement of my car windscreen,</p> <p>I then received a call from a lady her name is avril, she old me tha i can bring the car o newcatle as the glass was ready, i told her that i will not be able to, and that my insurance said that pg glass will be able to replace the glass where i am (volksrust) and she said well my people are very busy and if you cant bring he vehicle then the replacement will be done when the have time i can be a week, 2 weeks or after new year, i old her im no happy wih tha and she said nothing can be done.</p>
