Substandard work - poor serbice

Last year November I bought windows and doors from pg glass Kuruman, I worked with a man named Barry. After a hassle my doors and windows were finally installed but not even correct, the door installed wasn't the design I wanted, I accepted. After that I saw the door doesn't have a handle I enquired and was told I was supposed to buy the handle, I asked who will buy a door without a handle. As if thats not enough, with installation or delivery my folding doors glasses got cracked, eversince they never came back to fix it. I've been send from pillar to post without help. I won't ever support pg glass. I'm calling every time to speak to the manager but to no avail. We are now in September, just imagine a paying customer should suffer like this.
