Sub standard Quality

I took my car about 3 months ago to have the windscreen replaced. About 3 weeks ago i had a chip on the windscreen and took the car to PG Centurion again. I spoke to the sales man who reffered me to the workshop manager, Ben. I told Ben that it is a new windscreen and that it has a chip on the windscreen as well as that in the mornings the window mist up from the inside and i have to use the aircon for quit some time in order to clear the mist. The afternoon when i when to fetch my car the salesman met me at the door and told me my car is parked in the back and that he had to phone our Ops manager to get authorisation to fix the chip. Why was I in no point contacted by the workshop manager?? yesterday I drove on the highway and ANOTHER chip appears. Now, I am not travelling on a dirt road or in the mountains, I am usinng the highway like 1000's of other people how is it possible to get these chips so easily? The only reason I can think of is that the windscreen that was installed is not of the quality that I am used to get from PG Glass and that this windscreen is actually a knock off. I fear for the safety of my family and myself with this windscreen that can chip so easily.
