Strange Call Centre Experience

Hi,

Last week Friday I did an online quotation request for home glass. A couple of hours later they called back, but unfortunately I missed the call. No message or reference number left. The next Monday I received an sms that I should call PG Glass with regards to the quote. Again no reference number left, but I phoned regardless. The consultant said he could not help me, because he does not find my details on the system. Problem is... he never asked for any of my details, but he kindly asked me to phone again when I have the measurements.
