Still waitong to be phoned back

A glass door window at my house broke Saturday morning when the garden services mowed my lawn. I phoned PG glass immediately as this opens up my house for anybody to come in. A very friendly gentleman answered the phone and told me that somebody would phone me back in 10 minutes to make arrangements to replace the door. I phoned back after about an hour and they where closed.<br> <br> I would not have minded if he told me that it is a Saturday and they would only be able to help me on Monday, but he decided to rather keep me waiting.<br> <br> Horrible service.
