Still waiting on refund
<p>WE had to have a window replaced end of August. The guys were great, came out after hours......fitted etc.</p> <p>No complaints there.</p> <p> </p> <p>WE had to pay COD which we did but unfortunately our complex paid PG as well so they received a double payment. Up until today I am still waiting for my refund.</p> <p>How long can this take?</p>
