Still waiting for Claim.

I have submitted a claim for a rear window and the claim was handled by PG Glass, Lephalale. They fitted the window and in the process damage my vehicle. They used some sort of tool and scratch the paint. When I confronted them they acknowledged the damage was done by them agreed to pay. I have since taken the vehicle to 2 panel beaters for quotes as requested. This happened on the 11th of August and at this point we still waiting for feedback on when the vehicle will be repaired.

Update : As promised to get feedback on the 2nd October, nothing happened I have spoken to the local branch and was told they still wait for the insurance......... totally unacceptable. Almost 2 months down the line.......
