Still waiting for a booking agent to call me

I placed an order for a windscreen on Monday 22/01/2018 to which I was advised that the booking agent will dispatch a mobile fitment unit later the day. When I followed up the following day the call center agent advised that the order was never placed with the previous call centre agent, I once again ordered the windscreen & was advised. That a booking agent would call me to confirm the appointment of the mobile fitment unit its been 4 days and no one has contacted me.
