STAY AWAY FROM PG GLASS

PG Glass Pietermaritzburg has failed miserably in upholding even the lowest level of customer service. After receiving a call on a Friday after begging Outsurance to get PG Glass to call me, they mentioned they would be in touch on the Monday to book my vehicle. No avail until Thursday 18:30 when I eventually get a call from them. Note you cannot contact the branch as their phones have been down for 3 weeks. I subsequently book my vehicle in and get assured an original manufacturers windscreen would be fitted as well as the turnaround would be 4-5 hours. 7 hours later and I am unable to get of the consultant at the branch on their cell even after 31 calls. The national call centre cannot contact the branch or the manager either. Eventually Outsurance get hold of them and I am told the car will be ready in an hour. I arrive and made to wait another 10 mins to be dealt with in reception. Now the real issues ensue:

- Non-manufacturer windscreen fitted after being told that morning it is original. - Both interior A-Pillars are damaged - Steering wheel covered in an oily substance - Exterior rubber running parallel to windscreen is damaged - Rattle now present beneath the dash board

The national manufacturer now has no stock of parts, the glue oozing into the interior and I am driving around with an aftermarket windscreen with no Air-Blue tint because the branch does not have the skills to even install such tint. Utter joke in every sense.
