So much for courage of conviction

<p>Went to PG Glass at edenvale for them to have a look at my windscreen and advise whether the crack was previously repaired as the dealership denied that they patched up a chip. Two employees had a look and confirmed that the windscreen was indeed patched up as they could see resin formation. When asked whether they could confirm this in writing/report which i was prepared to pay for, they gave me the runaround, making excuses like the lady who does this has not yet arrived, then the excuse that the manager is not at the office and they do not know if he is coming in or what his number was etc. How is it that nobody in the office knows the managers phone no. Eventually they gave me the no. but i guess they got to him before i could as his phone just rang. Have been trying for the better part of the day. Why is it so hard to find a credible institution these days, who can back up their assertions, someone that has courage and integrity to stand up to what they observe.</p> <p>Is it because they get the jobs from these ************ dealers and dont care about doing the right thing? Will never use PG Glass again. Definitely not customer focussed and lacks the moral courage. And they need to replace the manager. No point if he cannot be reached or somebody else cannot make decisions in his absence.</p>
