Slow Service
Went in to the workshop on the 19 August 2017 for a windscreen chip repair. The process was completed and I had no problem with the service received on the day.
A week later the chip had spread across the windscreen. I went back to the workshop on the 31 August 2017. After some discussion with the gentleman behind the front desk, he agreed to provide me with a refund. I filled in the refund form and he advised that it will first need to go to the accounts department for approval. I called them back today, 07 September 2017, to query the status of my refund. I was put on hold as he queried with the accounts department. I was advised that the refund will only be processed on the 14 September 2017. That's two weeks for a refund.
Really guys, jack up your accounts department as that is unacceptable. I am not even complaining about the chip spreading after repairing it. That is another story altogether. From a chip with no "hairline" cracks (not sure what is the correct industry term) to a chip that has spread into a several cracks, the only conclusion I can come to is that it was poor workmanship.
Good day
