Shocking service (non-service!)

<p>Tried five times to telephone PG Glass Boksburg ( ********** ). It appears that this telephone is not being answered, since every attempt to call rang for ages, and eventually went to the national call centre. On my fourth call at 13:39 today, I eventually got connected to a PG Glass staff member at the Venter Centre, Boksburg branch who clearly had zero s****s in customer care, and I had to resort to making a fifth call (from 13:25 to 13:49)...five calls...and no solution. Useless, useless, useless operation and I will ask my broker and insurer to avoid placing any business with PG Glass.</p>
