Shocking Service

I delivered my vehicle to PG Glass on Rivonia Road in Sandton at 12h00, the time of the appointment , to replace a windscreen that had been pre-approved by the insurer. I was promised that it would take an hour, maximum an hour and a half - this worked perfectly because I had a meeting at 14h00. When I got there at 13h15, an hour and a quarter later, they had not even started. I obviously drove away.
