SHOCKING SERVICE!!

Absolute SHOCKING service from PG Glass Bellville!!! Firstly, I phoned them over a month ago to get a quote & eventually when I did get through I was quoted R1355 and the consultant that assisted me said that she was going to order the glass for my vehicle then contact me once they receive the glass so I can have it fitted. It's been 3 weeks now and no one has contacted me, I then phoned again and get told by another consultant that the windscreen is now R1800, luckily I still had the quote within 31 days so I still get charged R1300 (HUGE difference). I was told that someone from the Bellville branch would contact me, BUT STILL WAITING!! I cannot believe that a company like this can still give such bad service!!
