Shocking service

Got a quote from PG Glass online with the mobile fitment option. After accepting the quote and booking made for fitment, they came back to me saying they've made a mistake on the quote and suddenly the cost almost doubled. I insisted that I get the price that was quoted and the agreed in the end, however, they missed the appointed of the booking. I've followed up on numerous occasions without any luck. Still no fitment.
