Made a appointment( they will be there in a half an hour) to fit windscreen yesterday had my wife move car out of garage. When I got home cars windscreen has not been replaced. Car standing in sun unnecessary my family safety with gate open. When calling yesterday manager refuses to talk to me and didn't call back as receptionist promised. Seems this is the standard of work for ull.
