Several Promises to Install
I lodged a claim with my Home Loan company (SA Home Loans) for a glass door that is covered by the policy on Monday the 30th of November. To date my glass has not been replaced. They (PG Glass) originally arrived on the 4th of December, without making prior arrangement, and the technician comments \this is really frustrating"I couldn't agree more. Arrangements made for Saturday 5 December"
