Rude and Indifferent Staff

PG Glass Midrand was so rude and unprofessional it left me speechless. Firstly they stated that they (PG Glass Midrand) don't come to the house to fit windows, we had to go to them but as it was an insurance claim we had no choice. It states all over their website that they come to your residence. We had an appointment for 10am which we were early for and left the car there. When we went back to collect 2 hours later the shop was closed and the car was parked in the parking lot with no keys, no phone call to say they were closing at 12pm, it was just left there. Now this is Midrand and the car was expected to stay in this parking lot over the weekend, it would not have been there Monday morning for sure. Had they left it in the work bay locked away it would not have been an issue but the lack of care for the client or their car was shocking.
