I went to PG Autoglass to have a windscreen chip repaired. Before work was started on my vehicle I was requested to provide my details and sign a document containing a waiver/disclaimer which in short waiver's any responsibility by PG Autoglass should the windscreen crack in the repair process and should same need to be replaced it will be for my account.<br> I immediately voiced my concern around such a clause and that it was *********, however, was informed by the receptionist that in all her years working there it hadn't happened once, and that there is only a 5% chance that this will happen. Feeling extremely apprehensive I signed the document, after all PG Autoglass are \Masters of Glass Fitment"<br> My confidence short-lived"
