Really the worst service

Unfortunately we cannot say anything positive about PG Glass. We waited forever for them to come out and take measurements on glass doors. Eventually that was done, pre payment was needed, which we did only to wait close to 2 months for delivery. We as the client had to constantly call for feedback. Eventually the glass arrived, only to find the measurements were taken wrong and the door was taken back. A week later still no feedback. Us as client have to constantly call to follow up. Only today I eventually got confirmation that the new door was order. Really poor service. Unfortunately there is not much suppliers to choose from in Richard's Bay.
