Really sh..... Service

I had my windscreen claim last year April after pg glass kathu took about a month to get the windscreen. They make a booking to come replace windscreen and don't pitch then the second time round after giving them some words they replaced it. Months later I noticed the covers around rear view mirror hanging loose when I noticed it had been super glued together. Iv reported to the manager numerous times and every time I just get a promise he will get back to me he will speak to the owner. With til today no call back and no replacement covers for my car.
