Really BAD service

I filled in the online form on PG Glass' webpage to receive a quote for a window replacement, a sales guy promptly phoned back to confirm the amount and stipulated he'd phone me the next day to confirm the time for said window replacement. This morning I had to phone him as I did not receive a call as promised, on the phone he seemed confused whilst chatting to someone in the background, he placed me on hold and then the line dropped - upon phoning back I could not get a hold of him again and eventually got put through to a sales lady who again took down my details and promised to phone back ... useless as I'm still waiting for the call - I'll never make use of them again as the service quality is atrocious!
