Quoted one price, then additional chargers

I called the PG Glass call centre on the 10th September 2015.<br> Was quoted a full price including VAT and installation of which it was stated that the installation would occur on my premise and they would confirm the address when the glass arrived as they had to order the glass.<br> They said they would phone me back by 4pm the same day.<br> Today 16 September 2015 i called to follow up as to what is going on, only now to find out there is an \additional"charge for the mobile division to come to my premise.<br> ABSOLUTELY disgraceful service as i had to call back a week later firstly. Then to find out further that all of a sudden there are additional charges.<br> WORSE SERVICE EVER!"""
