Promised Installation not met

We required a quote from PG to install 2 panes of glass for a retail store in Sandton. The individual known as Casper came to site to measure and quote on the 28th Aug 2017. It was agreed that should we pay the quote in full immediately they could meet our deadline of 2 days later. Payment was made in full immediately. On Wednesday 30th Aug Casper was called to confirm installation, whereby he said the work will take 5 to 7 days to complete. When we called him to discuss the matter he said there was nothing he could do. Absolutely absurd. Clearly this is a ploy used to receive the order and perhaps ensure commission or sales targets are met, irrelevant whether the client suffers penalties from the project. This installation needs to happen tonight or penalties will be passed on
