Price, PRICE.....EISH!!

We called PG Glass to find out about certain fitments.

Firstly the lady on the phone does not listen when you speak. We had to repeat ourselves about 5 times and even then she did not register quite right what is going on. This happened during a call to the Wonderboom branch.

When calling the Menlyn branch, we asked for a price and the lady's response linked to that was as if we asked for something that does not exist in this universe.

I do not quite understand how we should do business with someone that does not listen or even understands what the word "Price" means.....just to clarify to that lady from Menlyn, see below:

I really hope this does improve.
