Poor Workmanship & Service

A few weeks ago i had requested a fitment for a glass for my vehicle and had to use PG Glass Umhlanga due to insurance. I was told that the glass will arrive in a weeks time, however after a week and some time i was told the glass had arrived and i should come through to have it fitted. I kept my day open during working hours only to be informed that my glass had been damaged in transit, however i was still asked to come through to have a temporary perspex fitted. I then waited another week for the glass to arrive and went back to get it fitted on. Upon driving away i could hear there was an air gap in the window and called back immedietly to inform them of the poor workmanship. I was told that they will sort it out for me and even called last week and spoke to a lady who said she will arrange to have a mobile unit sent out to me (This was a week ago). Since then i havent heard from them and im having to drive around in this humid weather as my aircorn doesnt work properly because of the air gap in the window. This has also increased my petrol consumption by quiet alot. I will also be contacting the insurance company to inform them of the poor service quality & workmanship and request that PG Glass be removed as a service provider
