Poor workmanship and service

I took my car to PG Glass fourways crossing. I drive a Volvo hatch, I took it in to have the back glass replaced. They didn’t connect the electronics in the boot properly. Firstly the manager is dishonest, he **** and said I signed a waiver so they are not liable for any damage, he later asked me to bring it in, for over a week he has been ignoring all my calls, he makes up silly stories each time I can get hold of him, he is always is “meetings” and doesn’t return calls.

Do not make your car to them!!!!
