I installed smash ang grab on my Ford Figo on 28/04/2017 at PG Glass Edenvale and followed all instructions given to me. After 2 weeks, my windows still had bubbles and the rear window was smudged. I took the car in for inspection. One technician "fixed" the bubbles on the rear window with a stanley knife. I was then told to return my car the following (19/05/2017) to repair the poor workmanship. New film was installed on my car as promised on the 19th of May 2017. Today i inspected the windows and i still noticed bubbles on the rear windows and the front windows look smudged. i'm not going there for the third time because i was told that they wouldn't reimburse my petrol.

I should have gone to Glasfit and paid R1600 for a good job and not PG Glass. I should have listened to my friend!!! Now i will have to remove this film and make peace that i've lost R1368 with PG Glass!

Best regards,
After redoing the installation 3x, i'm still sitting with a problem. R1368 is all gone and there's no way i'm ever gonna retrieve it from PG Glass. I reget the day i set my foot in one of their workshops.
