Poor workmanship
I went in for a repair on my winsdcreen that was shaved without any cracks or tears and your technician cracked my windscreen without justification. Then he had the audacity to tell me it happens. Bull****!! My mother worked her whole life in the auto glass industry, you can either repair it or you dont take the chance. Who is going to replace my windscreen now?
