Poor workmanship!!

I had a chip on my windscreen repaired at your branch in Amanzimtoti. A few days later, the chip started to run a bit. I phoned the branch and they were extremely unhelpful. The chip is 'running' and I called the branch again. I was told to bring in my vehicle which I did (after taking a 1/2 day's leave to sort this out). The branch manager was extremely unhelpful and claimed that he cannot re-fill in the chip but he needs to replace my windscreen which I am not happy doing. It was poor workmanship that lead to the chip running. Had it been filled in properly, I would have never had this issue. I am extremely unhappy with the way this entire incident had happened and I will not leave this until it is resolved to my satisfaction.
