Poor workmanship

Used pg rustenburg for a job. We had an agreement on n job to be done with guarantee with their technicians. Which he denied. Ok but the next day there's a fault. Now they refuse to fix, that wasn't their fault. They charge me R10 000. I hand it over to pg glass South Africa. 4 weeks back and they didn't bother to come back to us.
