Poor Service. PG Glass Pretoria

After waiting all week, I was told that a mobile unit will come out and replace my back wind screen on Saturday morning. At 11.11am I phoned one of 3 Securitas' preferred service provider, PG Glass to find out where the mobile team was. After leaving me waiting on the phone with no feedback for 9 minutes I was told the glass was broken when loading the truck this morning and they will not be coming out. No thought to phone me early this morning and tell me. I have made appointments on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday which I do not know if I can keep. I have LOST A WHOLE WEEK'S INCOME ALREADY waiting for Securitas, Momentum and PG Glass.
