Poor Service PG Glass Alberton

A week ago I spoke to Jonathan at PG Glass to replace my rear windscreen, I provided him with all the details from Outsurance. He requested the vin number and told me where to find it, I gave the number to him and he ensured me that he will order the windscreen as they did not have this specific windscreen in stock. A week later, I followed up on the progress of the rear windscreen. Happiness told me that they have not ordered the windscreen because they did not have the vin number. I mean really.....so why did Jonathan not capture the vin number when I have it to him, why did they leave the order pending, why did they not contact me and said they dont have a vin number......Poor service!
