Poor Service, PG Glass

Goodday, on 2023/09/27 I went to PJ Glass , Oudtshoorn to fix a chip on my windscreen, we agreed to do it at 17:00, in the meantime I will get authorization from my insurance company....on arrival at 16:30 I was told its too late although i was told its a 10 minute job.. I phoned PG Glass head office to complain, on which the consultant told me that they ( PG Glass) will arrange a mobile team to fix the chip, it never materialize and I was never told that they won't be able to come out. I'm really disappointed in such service from PG Glass and don't think I will make use of their services ever again, I already inform my insurance to cancel the job with PG Glass, I will do it with another company.
