Poor service no time allocation to complete the work

On 29th April PG glass in Richards bay, installed sliding door but the work was not complete door couldn't lock and still need to seal for water not to come inside. They promised to complete the work on Tuesday 3th but they didn't came, I phone on Wednesday 4th they promised to come on Thursday 5th none come, I went to the shop on Friday 6th at 10:00 for followup and payed for lock to be installed when they come to complete the work. They came but the only install the lock they say they don't have the tools to complete the work. I phone the shop at 12:42 they said they will phone me back, upto now nothing happened. Ones the money is payed they don't care about how the work was done.
